Women would make good Manager???

Being in corporate sector for quite some time and a eye to look around whats happening.One thing I find very mind-boggling is why we have so less women managers.Even if you look around why not many start up business have women as their head,why not many companies have CEO as women though the male:female ratio is as good or closer to 1:1

Well tough question and the discussion will be more tougher to be result-oriented but here I want to list down few points why women can make good managers or entrepreneurs

10 UNASSAILABLE REASONS WOMEN RULE

1)  Women make [all] the financial decisions.

2)Women control [all] the wealth.
3)  Women [substantially] outlive men.
4)  Women start most of the new businesses.
5)  Women’s work force participation rates have soared worldwide.
6)  Women are closing in on “same pay for same job.”
7)  Women are penetrating senior ranks rapidly  [even if the pace is slow for the corner office per se].
8)  Women’s leadership strengths are exceptionally well aligned with new organizational effectiveness
imperatives.
9)  Women are better salespersons than men.
10)  Women buy [almost] everything—commercial as well as consumer goods.

My request to all the women its high time you understand,appreciate and utilize your potential.

    the point is that men don’t appreciate us..and they would let us bring them down

    Well Mary its not universally true that men don’t appreciate .Whole point is in order appreciate you should have the acumen to judge the talent and accept it,which most of us don’t have(irrespective of being men or women) Though I do agree male chauvinism comes in next which stops us in appreciating after we have passed the previous stage
    As far as second part about bringing the women down believe me those group will be there everywhere and will try to pull anyone and everyone down irrespective of gender because they believe in philosophy that in order to improve yourself you have to bring the other people down so that you are relatively better (I pity them)
